After working in business, faith and charity sectors for many years, Andy leads the charity.

Andy is a member of Reading Family Church.

Alison is the Readifood Manager and is responsible for overseeing all aspects of the warehouse; parcel deliveries; volunteers and corporate teams.

Alison is a member of St. John’s and St Stephen’s Church.

Sarah looks after all our ReadiFood volunteers as well as running our Journey 2 Work project.

Sarah is a member of Greyfriars Church.

Sarah handles referrals for the foodbank as well as supporting the wider work of Readifood.

Sarah also looks after our Charity wide administration and social media.

Sarah is a member of Hillsong Church

Alison oversees our pantry network as well as leading our Readicook food coaching courses

Margaret leads the Norcot Pantry, managing food stocks and volunteers.

Margaret is a member of Carey Baptist Church.

After leading our night shelter project, a Bed for the Night, for a number of years, Louise is now responsible for the Pavilion Pantry.

Louise is a member of LifeSpring Church.

Karen leads the Southcote Pantry and helps with the support of running and developing our Pantry Network.

Karen is also our Safe Guarding lead and a member of a local church.

Wendy is responsible for our Soup Runs and Tea Bar as the ReadiStreet co-ordinator.

She looks after our food handouts for the homeless.

Wendy is a member of All Nations Church.

James works across the charity in all respects of our work.

He runs our outreach at CIRDIC day centre on a Thursday and looks after maintenance at our warehouse and offices.

James also supports some of our clients one to one through our supported housing project.

He is a member of St Laurence Church.

Duncan works supporting those who are homeless through A Bed for a Night, Readistreet and our supported housing project as well as helping out with maintenance jobs around the office.
